From now on when ever anyone has a issue with there zgemma box you need to do all the following BEFORE you message me

1. Run the darkside plugin- menu / 1111/plugin/ darkside channel update 
2. Check you have internet- Menu/1111/ 
Setup/System/Network/Device setup
Then run a network test and restart network.

3. Restart your router by unplugging it for 30seconds and back on for 10mins. 
4. If you have homeplugs make sure all connections are in and secure. 
5. If its a epg not loading if you have ran the darkside plugin and there is no epg after 20mins then there is noting else to do we will have it fixed asap .
